Everything we ordered was a hit! We shared four tapas between three of us, plus a dessert, and it was the perfect amount. The portions were just right, and every dish was delicious. The pear port dessert was especially amazing—definitely a must-try! The service was warm and friendly, making our experience even better. Highly recommend!

Taberna Vicentina is a hidden gem in Albufeira! We came for an early lunch and were immediately impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. João was incredibly helpful in recommending dishes, and his knowledge of the menu was evident.The food was absolutely fantastic. The green wine was a perfect choice for a hot day, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. The pork with pickles and mustard sauce was a standout dish, and the chorizo was smoky and flavorful.We finished our meal with a delicious port reduction and pear dessert, topped with a creamy vanilla ice cream. The espresso was strong and flavorful, just the way we like it.Overall, Taberna Vicentina is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to return!

A brilliant place for tapas and a beer. We were a group of 8 and we're frankly not great at deciding what we wanted, so the chef kindly said he'd bring a selection of dishes he recommended and enough for all of us, and he had it spot on! The perfect amount of food and a selection of dishes that catered to our tastes. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and we all left full and happy.Genuinely a fantastic place!

we found this gem with google reviews. it is difficult to eat good portugese food in Albufeira, with all that american style restaurant. food was amazing and our waitress was super nice and very helpful with our order. 10/10 would recommend and return 100%.

We drove from Lagos just to come to this restaurant and it was beyond worth it! The food is spectacular, authentic, and every dish made us say “wow” out loud. The service was warm and welcoming, and the servers were happy to explain every dish and made the best recommendations.We got the octopus salad, muscles, garlic shrimp, chorizo, and codfish salad (which were all fresh and absolutely delicious). For dessert, we got the Dom Rodrigo- a traditional Algarve dessert- that was the perfect way to finish our favorite meal!

The best restaurant in Albufeira, if not the whole of Portugal! I’m so glad we had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious Portuguese tapas here. Each dish was a delightful explosion of flavours, showcasing the rich culinary traditions of Portugal.The atmosphere was warm and inviting, we were welcomed and looked after by a very delightful & friendly waitress who was very attentive and guided us through the tapas menu, offering excellent pairings with each dish. If you’re craving an authentic taste of Portugal, I highly recommend this spot. Every dish was a true testament to the vibrant flavors and culinary heritage of the country.
